It’s our second anniversary on-air so all month we’re celebrating girlfriends! Makes sense given the name of our show, huh?
We kicked things off right with guests Kathy Kinney and Cindy Ratzlaff, two long-time best friends whose hilarious, sometimes tearful but always honest journey of self-discovery led them to co-author “Queen of Your Own Life: The Grown-Up Woman’s Guide to Claiming Happiness and Getting the Life Your Deserve.”
If you ever watched The Drew Carey Show, Kathy Kinney played Mimi Bombeck, the gal with hideous blue eye shadow who thought she was all that and a bag of chips. Cindy is a veteran publishing exec whose marketing savvy created several New York Times best-selling books, including “The South Beach Diet.”
Kathy shared how having “hot feet” one night started the spark for her and Cindy to claim their Queenhood. Plus we learned about Windy Mountain Moments, Ladies in Waiting, and other vital tips to becoming the Queen of our own life. OMG, we can’t wait to have a Crowning Ceremony!
